El plato nacional de Jamaica<\/h2>\n

Tenemos que admitirlo: nos sorprendi\u00f3 encontrar una rodaja de lo que parec\u00eda “lim\u00f3n cocido” admite nuestro tagine en Marruecos. Un poco esc\u00e9pticos, lo probamos y nos sorprendi\u00f3 su textura y su sabor suave pero refrescante. El t\u00edpico sabor agrio desapareci\u00f3 y fue sustituido por un suave sabor a lim\u00f3n. La verdad es que nos impresion\u00f3 bastante. <\/p>\n

Pronto descubrimos que, en realidad, los limones no se coc\u00edan, sino que se conservaban en su propio zumo y sal \u00a1durante un mes!<\/p>\n

Los limones confitados son superf\u00e1ciles de preparar, \u00a1pero te prometemos que har\u00e1n que cualquier buen plato marroqu\u00ed sea extraordinario!<\/p>\n

    C\u00f3mo preparar limones en conserva<\/h3>\n

    1. Si quieres ablandar un poco la piel de los limones, rem\u00f3jalos en agua durante 2-3 d\u00edas. Cambia el agua a diario <\/li>\n
    2. A\u00f1ade una cucharada de sal para cubrir el fondo del tarro.<\/li>\n
    3. Quita la ralladura a un lim\u00f3n, espolvor\u00e9alo con sal. A\u00f1ade los limones al tarro y presiona para que suelten algo de zumo. <\/li>\n
    4. Repite la operaci\u00f3n con los limones restantes. \u00a1No los aprietes demasiado! Si no tienes suficiente zumo para cubrir las frutas, a\u00f1ade zumo de lim\u00f3n natural. <\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
