1. Zuerst Salz, Mehl und Zucker in einer großen Schüssel mischen
2. Butter und Wasser zugeben und eine glatte Mischung herstellen
3. Teig in zwei Teile teilen
4. Ein Teil ausrollen und mit einer kleinen Platte scheibenförmige Empanadas ausschneiden

1. Trenne ein Ei, du brauchst das Eiweiß, um die Empanadas zu versiegeln
2. Etwa einen Löffel Füllung in die Mitte der Empanada-Scheibe legen
3. Bestreiche die Empanadas innen (um die Füllung herum) mit etwas Eiweiß
4. Verschließe den Empanada und drücke mit einer Gabel die Seiten zusammen
5. Benutze den Rest des Eiweißes und verstreiche es über die Außenseite der Empanadas
6. Mindestens eine Stunde kühlen, bevor du dich auf die besten Ergebnisse freuen kannst
7. Ca. 25-30 Minuten (je nach Größe der Empanada) bei 190 Grad Celsius backen.
